I was a cute, fun, 24 year old, mostly concerned with boyfriends, friends, clubs, (in NYC & Philadelphia) fashion & clothes.
I drank frequently & did a fair amount of drugs, when I decided to go to a Yoga Teacher training.
The thing I remember being most astonished by despite immediate submersion in an Internal salt water cleanse, (including catheters through the nostrils pulled out the mouth) (from outside of me) was that I was expected to wake up 4:30am for meditation, at dawn.
